Your business,
built in 45 tasks.

No. 021 Who this fits

Starting fresh,
or already open.

Two kinds of clients use this package. The first is starting from nothing and needs an entity, a website, and a credit profile built at the same time. The second already has a business with the basics in place and wants the credit-building and compliance work finished properly. Both paths get the same 45 tasks. The second path costs less, since entity formation is already done.

No. 022 Entity formation

LLC or corporation,

No. 023 The nine weeks

One task a day,
five phases deep.

We move through the 45 tasks roughly one business day at a time, which puts a full build-out at about nine weeks from start to finish. Entity formation happens first because your EIN feeds every later step. A few tasks depend on outside offices, like state filing counters or third-party registries, and those can add time we do not control. When that happens, we tell you what is holding things up and what happens next.

No. 024 Where the 45 go

Forty-five squares,
one per task.

The library handoff carries the most tasks, then the website and marketing build. Formation and compliance are smaller, but everything else waits on them.

No. 025 Phase by phase

What happens,
and roughly when.

01

Entity Formation

Your LLC or corporation gets filed, your registered agent is assigned, your governing documents are drafted, and your EIN paperwork is prepared. This phase has to finish before anything else can start, since your EIN and formation documents feed every later step.

7tasks · Weeks 1-2
02

Compliance and Registration

We register your business with the agencies tied to your industry code, get your DUNS number set up and connected to SBSS, put your annual compliance calendar in place, assign a commercial address and mail forwarding, and draft the privacy policy and terms pages your website needs. We also cover a bundle of state-level costs during this phase: your Secretary of State filing fee, domain registration, hosting, a starter business listing, a business phone number, your business address, registered agent service, a logo, and initial social account setup.

7tasks · Weeks 2-3
03

Website and Marketing Build

This is where your public-facing presence gets built. We design your site (up to 12 pages), set up professional domain email, research the keywords your industry searches for, submit your business to more than 500 public listing directories, build backlinks (more than 900 from stronger sources plus roughly 3,600 supporting links), run a 245-point SEO checklist against the finished site, distribute a press release to a network of news outlets, design your logo, and set up to six business social media accounts.

10tasks · Weeks 3-5
04

Credit and Funding Build

With your entity, compliance, and web presence in place, we start the credit-building work. This includes filing the paperwork that lets your business credit score post and puts you in position to apply for funding, often available in as little as five weeks from your start date (approval and amount depend on lender review). We hand you a curated list of business bank accounts that work well for new entities, a set of industry-specific trade accounts, five tier-one and five tier-two net trade account introductions, a curated list of lenders who do and do not require a personal guarantee, step-by-step instructions for applying to each, and direct help pursuing funding once your profile is ready.

8tasks · Weeks 5-6
05

Ongoing Support and Library

The last phase hands you the resources you keep using after the active build-out wraps: full access to your business documents library, both volumes of our Secret to Wealth guide series (business setup methods, then advanced business credit building), a bonus guide on structuring a funding request, a CDFI lender list, a method for financing a vehicle in your business's name, an equipment financing list, lists of credit accounts and cards that do not require a personal guarantee, a vehicle financing lender list, a tracker for your account status and approvals, our full 1,000-lender and grants list, and a document confirming where your business stands on federal beneficial-ownership reporting.

13tasks · Weeks 6-9
No. 026 Compliance stack

Staying legal,
built in.

Staying compliant after formation is its own workload, so it comes with the package instead of being sold separately.

  • Registered agent service for legal notice handling
  • Annual worry-free compliance covering reports, filings, and renewals
  • Agency registration matched to your industry classification
  • DUNS number registration connected to SBSS
  • Website privacy policy and terms of use documents
  • A federal beneficial-ownership reporting readiness document, kept current with the rules as they stand
No. 027 Funding

Toward funding,
step by step.

Funding is often reachable in as little as five weeks from your start date, subject to lender review and terms.

  • Filing the paperwork that lets your business's own credit score begin posting
  • A path toward business funding, often reachable in as little as five weeks from your start date, subject to lender approval and terms
  • A curated bank account list built for new entities
  • Trade account introductions at two tiers
  • A lender list split between those requiring a personal guarantee and those that do not
  • Optional: registering a separate credit file number with the IRS to serve as your business's personal guarantor, which can carry its own credit standing separate from your Social Security number credit file
  • Direct assistance applying for funding once your profile and accounts are in place

No. 029 The website

Up to 12 pages,
built around you.

Your build-out includes a sales-ready website, up to 12 pages, designed around your business rather than a template with your name dropped in. Additional pages beyond 12, or updates to a site you already have, can be added. The website ships with its own privacy policy and terms pages so you are ready to take on card processing without a separate legal review.

No. 030 Library access

Yours to keep,
long after.

Once your build-out starts, you get standing access to our documents library and guide series for as long as you need them, not just during the active weeks of the build-out. That includes both Secret to Wealth volumes, every lender and grants list, the financing method guides, and your account tracker.

No. 031 Pricing

Two paths,
one flat price each.

Your deposit gets entity formation (or, if your business is already formed, Phase 2 compliance work) moving right away. The remaining balance is due as the credit and funding phase begins.

No. 032 Build-out questions

Before you
file anything.

Have a question about how the build-out fits your business? We will walk through it before you pay anything.

Call (888) 954-3516 →

Should I form an LLC or a corporation?

It depends on how you plan to run and grow the business, how you want to handle ownership, and how you want profits taxed. We walk through the tradeoffs with you before you file either one.

What if I already have a registered business?

Tell us during your first call. We confirm what is already in place and start you at the compliance phase instead of entity formation, which is why the established-business price is lower.

Does the build-out affect my personal credit?

The build-out is built to develop your business credit profile on its own footing, separate from your personal credit file. If you want your personal credit file used as a guarantor for the business, that is a separate optional step we can walk you through.

What happens if a task runs into a delay?

Some steps, like state filing offices or third-party registries, move on their own schedule. We tell you what is holding a task up and give you a realistic new date rather than leaving you guessing.

Do I have to use every part of the website and marketing build?

No. If you already have branding or a site you like, tell us and we adjust that phase around what you keep.
