2. What We Offer
We offer privacy file packages and business credit build-out services, described in detail on our Packages and Business Build-Out pages. The features, pricing, and inclusions listed on those pages at the time of your purchase are the terms of your specific order.
3. Payment and Half Down
Most packages require half of the total price to begin work, with the remaining balance due once your public record filings are complete. Our Basic package is a single, full payment. You agree to pay the full price of any package you order, according to the payment schedule confirmed with you when you order.
We accept payment by Zelle to (909) 786-8621 and by Cash App to $ImMoney247. We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time. Put your full name in the payment memo so we can match the payment to your order.
4. Our Refund Position
Once we begin work on your account, including file setup, public record filings, or any build-out task, that work has already used our staff time and, in many cases, third-party costs we have already committed on your behalf. Because of that, payments for work already delivered are non-refundable. If you cancel before we have started any work on your order, contact us and we will address your request individually.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when you set up your file or business.
- Pay any debt you owe, on your existing credit file and on any new credit you take on.
- Use your privacy file or business credit profile only for lawful purposes.
- Never present your privacy file's number as though it were your Social Security number.
- Never use any service we provide to defraud a bank, lender, landlord, or creditor.
6. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Any information we provide, including guides, best-practice materials, and support conversations, is for general education. Decisions about your credit, your business, and your finances are yours to make, and we recommend speaking with a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Conceal, alter, or misrepresent your identity to a government agency.
- Avoid paying a debt you have already incurred.
- Misrepresent any material fact to obtain credit, funding, or any benefit under false pretenses.
If we reasonably believe an account is being used for a prohibited purpose, we may pause or end services on that account.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our part to deliver the services described in your package. We do not guarantee a specific credit score, a specific approval, or any particular business outcome, since those depend on decisions and actions outside our control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates take effect once posted on this page. If you continue using our services after an update, that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Manifesting Works Marketing LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
