About the Packages

What if renting is my only goal right now?

Look at the Rentals package first. It is built around low-limit cards and gets you into a lease with first month's rent and little to no security deposit. You can always move up to a higher tier later.

Can I get both a privacy file package and the business build-out at the same time?

Yes. Many clients start a file first, then add the business build-out once they know the entity type they want. Tell us your order of priority and we will sequence the work so nothing sits idle.

What is the real difference between an authorized-user account and a primary tradeline?

An authorized-user account is added to your file by us and comes with a set reporting window, usually 30 to 60 days. A primary tradeline is an account you apply for and get approved on yourself, and it can stay on your file permanently. Every package gives you access to the primary tradeline list. Only Rentals and above include authorized-user accounts.

Why does Premium Pro cost so much more than Professional?

The jump covers a longer file history (15 to 30 years instead of 8-plus), double the authorized-user accounts, an extra round of credit repair, rental primary reporting, and a set of guides and lender lists that the lower tiers do not include.

Do I need decent credit already to qualify for any package?

No. These packages build a separate file, so your existing credit standing does not disqualify you from any tier.

What does "open credit reporting" actually mean on my file?

It is the credit line size shown because of the authorized-user accounts we add, not a lump sum of cash you now have access to. Your own approvals and credit line increases build from there over time.

Can I add a second package for a family member?

Ask us directly. Availability and pricing for a second package can change, so we confirm current terms on the call rather than posting a number that may be out of date.

About the Law

Is having a privacy file legal?

Yes. Establishing a separate nine-digit number for credit purposes only is not against the law. The line you must not cross is presenting that number as if it were your Social Security number.

Does the Privacy Act of 1974 let me refuse to give out my Social Security number anywhere?

No. That law restricts what government agencies can demand of you. It does not give you a blanket right to refuse a Social Security number to every private company you deal with.

When can a government agency legally require my Social Security number?

Four situations: tax matters, applying for public assistance, getting or renewing a driver's license, and registering a motor vehicle. Outside of those four, a government agency cannot lawfully condition a benefit on you handing it over.

Can a landlord or private company require my Social Security number instead of accepting a privacy file number?

Some can and some cannot. It depends on whether that specific company is legally required to collect a Social Security number for its purpose. We will not tell you a specific company falls into either category without you checking directly, since that decision is theirs to make, not ours.

How is a privacy file number different from an EIN?

An EIN is issued by the IRS specifically for a business entity. A privacy file number is a separate nine-digit number screened and issued for individual credit-building use. They are not interchangeable, though our build-out package can register a privacy file number with the IRS to serve a specific business role.

About Timelines

How fast will my file actually be ready?

Within 24 hours of your order going through, except Sundays. That is the file itself, not the full posting of your public records.

Why does it take 10 days for public records to show up everywhere?

Filings go out to multiple databases that each update on their own schedule. Ten days is the realistic window for those records to appear consistently across national databases, even though we file them right away.

How long does the full business build-out take?

About nine weeks from start to finish, moving through 45 tasks at roughly one business day per task. Some steps depend on outside offices, like state filing counters, and those can shift the schedule.

When do my authorized-user accounts start showing up on my credit report?

Typically after your balance is paid off and the account's next billing cycle closes, usually within seven to ten days after that.

About Payment

How do I pay?

We take Zelle to (909) 786-8621 and Cash App to $ImMoney247, and we also accept cryptocurrency on request (ask us for the details). We do not take credit or debit cards right now. Put your full name in the payment memo so we can match it to your order.

Why do most packages only need half down?

Half down gets your file build and public record filing work started right away. The remaining balance is due once your public record filings are complete, and it covers the authorized-user accounts tied to your package.

What exactly does my deposit pay for?

On a privacy file package, it starts the file build and the public record filing process. On the business build-out, it starts entity formation, or the compliance phase if your business is already formed.

Is Basic really a single payment with nothing else due later?

Yes. Basic is priced as one flat payment. There is no deposit structure and no second bill.

Can I pay for the business build-out in full instead of half down?

Yes, and doing so does not change what is included. It simply removes the second payment step.

What happens if I cannot make my remaining balance on schedule?

Call us before the due date. We would rather work out a short delay with you than have your file or build-out stall partway through.

After You Purchase

What is the very first thing that happens after I pay?

On a privacy file package, we start your file build immediately, ready within 24 hours. On the business build-out, we start entity formation, or your compliance phase if your business already exists.

Who do I talk to if I have questions while my order is in progress?

Our phone support line, seven days a week. You are assigned a point of contact who can walk you through where things stand at any time.

Can I move up to a bigger package once I have started?

Yes. It is common to start smaller and add stronger tradelines once your first file is established. Ask us about upgrade options once your initial filings are complete.

What We Will Not Do

Will you help me hide debt I already owe?

No. A new file does not erase or excuse a debt tied to your existing credit history. Any balance you owe stays yours to pay, no matter which file it sits on.

Can I use my privacy file number instead of my Social Security number for a government program?

No. Tax filing, public assistance, driver's licenses, and vehicle registration all legally require your actual Social Security number. A privacy file number cannot stand in for it in those situations.

Do you guarantee a specific credit score or business outcome?

No. We tell you the score target and file history built into each package, but your results depend on how you manage the file and accounts afterward. We do not promise a number, and we do not support using any file to defraud a bank, lender, or landlord.
